After working for an education services company, they joined the Shinagawa City Government in 2017. They are responsible for administrative evaluation and lead efforts to review and improve municipal programs. Since the beginning of this fiscal year, they have been developing a new participatory approach to administrative evaluation, using a digital platform to involve residents and improve public services.
