Founding Members of the Setagaya City Youth Council

The Setagaya City Youth Council is a participatory initiative in which young people from junior high school age to 24 research and discuss municipal and community issues and present recommendations to the city from perspectives unique to young people. Launched in 2025 as a city initiative to promote young people’s expression of views and participation in the community, its founding members have also helped shape how the council operates and how its activities are organized.
